Full Journal pdf2014-03-10 House Journal Page 1818 HB 135 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the March 6, 2014, calendar (page 1796), was read the third time: 2014-03-10 House Journal Page 1819 HOUSE BILL NO. 135 "An Act relating to the reservation of certain mining claims from all uses incompatible with the purposes for establishing the Petersville Recreational Mining Area." Representative Herron moved and asked unanimous consent that he be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and Representative Herron was required to vote. The question being: "Shall HB 135 pass the House?"
